Your enquiry.
Your information.

When you contact northsea-1, we use the information you provide to understand your compute requirements and respond to you.

Who is responsible

northsea-1 is a project in development. For questions about your information, use the enquiry form linked below and include your request in the message field.

What we collect

Your name, work email, company, selected use cases and capacity preferences, timing and any message you choose to include. Please describe your requirements without sending credentials, training data or confidential model files.

How we use it

We store your enquiry and use it to discuss architecture fit, capacity planning and commercial scope with you. An internal notification is routed to our team at hello@northsea.one. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Storage and service providers

The public site is prepared for Vercel hosting, with buyer enquiries stored in northsea-1’s separate HubSpot account for follow-up. Resend handles internal email notifications when delivery is configured. The local development preview uses isolated local storage. We do not include your name, email, company or message in analytics or advertising conversion events.

Why we process your information

We use business contact details to pursue our legitimate interest in responding to the conversation you initiate. Where your enquiry concerns a contract with you personally, we use the information to take the steps you request before entering that contract. Optional analytics and advertising rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Cookies and your choices

Analytics and advertising are optional. They stay off until you accept the relevant category. You can accept all, reject optional cookies, or choose each category separately. Change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings below or in the footer.

Essential storage. We remember your analytics and advertising choices, their version and the time you made them on this device for 180 days. An expired record is cleared when next read. If withdrawing consent requires the page to reload, we temporarily preserve your current enquiry in this tab for up to two minutes and remove it when restored. This local draft is not sent to analytics or advertising providers.

Analytics — Google Analytics. With your permission, this measures visits, site performance and completed enquiries. We send page views and an event when an enquiry has been successfully saved, without the enquiry’s contents.

Advertising — LinkedIn. With your permission, the LinkedIn Insight Tag measures campaign performance and helps build audiences for relevant advertising. LinkedIn may associate visits with a LinkedIn member account. An enquiry conversion can be recorded without sending the form’s contents.

When enabled, these services may process page and campaign information, referrers, device and browser details, IP addresses and cookie identifiers. Their use of this information is described in the Google privacy policy and LinkedIn privacy policy.

Withdrawing consent stops future collection through the affected tags and removes their accessible cookies on this site. It does not undo information already received by a provider or remove cookies stored on the provider’s own domain. Clearing this site’s browser data resets your saved choices.

Access and removal

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, through the enquiry form; put your request in the message field. The applicable rights depend on the basis and circumstances of the processing. We keep enquiries only while needed for that conversation or a resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.

You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In Belgium, contact the Data Protection Authority.
